The purpose of the present general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of goods offered by the seller to the buyer, from the https://adimpression3d.fr/
These terms and conditions apply to purchases of all products available on https://adimpression3d.fr/
The buyer declares that he/she has read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale before making an immediate purchase or placing an order. In this respect, they are enforceable against him/her in accordance with the terms of article 1119 of the French Civil Code.
II – The Custom
The customer declares that he/she is a natural person, at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity or parental authorisation to place an order on the site. When registering the Customer's personal details in the "My Account" section, the Customer must ensure that the mandatory details provided are accurate and complete. In case of error in the addressee's coordinates, AD Impression3D cannot be held responsible for the impossibility to deliver the product.
III – Products
The products proposed to the sale are those described on the website. AD Impression3D brings the biggest care in the presentation and the description of these products to satisfy at best the information of the customer.
Colours : AD Impression3D does its best to present as realistically as possible the colours of the products which appear on the website. However, since the colours displayed depend on the customer's screen, it cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on the customer's screen correctly reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Sizes and dimensions : AD Impression3D does its best to ensure that the sizes and dimensions indicated are as accurate as possible.
It is however possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. Product photographs are not contractually binding.

IV – Ordering
The taking of an order on the website is subject to the respect of the procedure set up by AD Impression3D concretized by a succession of different steps that the customer must imperatively follow to validate his order. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the detail of this one and its total price, and to correct possible errors, before confirming this one to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the following stipulations.
AD Impression3D will refuse any order from a customer with whom there would be a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who would contravene the provisions of the present. It will also refuse any order in the following cases:
- The ordered article is out of stock;
- AD Impression3D could not obtain an authorization of payment;
- An error has been identified in the product information, including the price or a promotion;
- AD Impression3D has suspected a fraudulent activity.
For all these cases, AD Impression3D will inform the customer by e-mail. If the customer does not proceed to the correction of the erroneous elements or contrary to the present General Sales Conditions, AD Impression3D reserves the right not to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, prices, delivery details, quantity...) is automatically sent to the customer by the website https://adimpression3d.fr/. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail to confirm the content of his/her order.

La commande sera prise en compte qu’après paiement réussit.
Si un produit ne convenait pas (taille, couleur, forme…), le client peut demander au Service Clients un échange contre un autre produit en vente dans la boutique (et ce, après avoir retourné l’article ne convenant pas).
Tout colis peut être refusé si il arrive en mauvais état.
V – Prices and terms of payment
I. Price Determination
Product prices are quoted in euros, excluding delivery charges. The total price of the order (including shipping costs) is indicated after selecting the carrier.
AD Impression3D reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the recording of the order, subject to availability.
II. Terms Of payment
This is an order with a payment obligation, which means that placing the order implies payment by the buyer.
Payment is made when the order is completed (and not on receipt of the parcel).
Purchases can be paid for either by :
- Credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, etc.). The customer has access to a secure space provided by a secure payment solution, which ensures the security and registration of the payment order. In no case, AD Impression3D has access to the customer's banking information. Any payment is worth authorization of debit up to the ordered products.
- Paypal account. The customer having a Paypal account can pay his order via his account. The connection and the payment via Paypal are secured.

VI – Delivery
I. Delivery in Metropolitan France
From payment to receipt of the order, the delivery time is between 48 hours and 1 week, and may not exceed 45 days.
La Poste indicates a delivery time of 48 hours in Metropolitan France. Please be aware that in some cases these times may be longer. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has been dropped off at the post office.
This time takes into account the processing of the order and the delivery time to your home.
Delivery costs are shown at the time of purchase and can be found directly on our website under the heading "Payment and Delivery".
VII – Right of withdrawal and exchange
I. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:
- Products made at your request or clearly personalised, the manufacture of which requires special adaptations to meet very precise technical and aesthetic requirements (for example, custom-made printing). The choice of options (colour, finish, etc.) from the range of standard items offered by the professional does not change the nature or purpose of the goods sufficiently to make them clearly personal.
- Digital content supplied on an intangible medium and a subscription contract for these services, the performance of which has begun with your agreement and for which you have waived your right of withdrawal (e.g. modelling of a 3D part).
VIII – Legal guarantee of conformity and legal guarantee of the hidden defects
AD Impression3D - 18 Avenue Pierre Brossolette - 91380 Chilly-Mazarin - France, is the guarantor of the conformity of the goods to the contract, allowing the purchaser to formulate a request under the legal guarantee of conformity envisaged in articles L. 217-4 and following ones of the code of the consumption or the guarantee of the defects of the sold thing within the meaning of articles 1641 and following ones of the civil code.
IX – Mediation
The buyer may have recourse to conventional mediation, in particular with the Commission de la médiation de la consommation (Consumer Mediation Commission) or with existing sectoral mediation bodies, or to any alternative dispute resolution method (conciliation, for example) in the event of a dispute.
X – Entirety
If a condition of sale were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are based in France.
XI – Intellectual property
The content of the web site (technical documents, drawings, photographs, etc.) remains the property of AD Impression3D, only holder of the intellectual property rights on this content.
The purchasers make a commitment not to make any use of this content; any reproduction total or partial of this content is strictly forbidden and is likely to constitute an offence of counterfeit.
XII – Partial non-validation
If one or more stipulations of these general terms and conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, regulation or following a final decision by a competent court, the other stipulations will retain all their force and scope.
